FACADE CONSTRUCTIONS

Aluminum facade construction is perfect for the realization of many building and innovative design problems. Material for such structures is glazed of architectural and building glass of various configurations in conjunction with the perimeter of the aluminum profile. Technological capabilities of our production allow to implement the projects of glazing facades with any complexity and configuration. The main types of aluminum facade systems that we produce include:
– The classic post-and-beam system
– Semi-structural glazing facade
– Structural glazing facade
– Spider system of facade glazing

MAIN TYPES OF FACADE SYSTEMS

POST-AND-BEAM SYSTEM

Constructions of this type are mostly used for the installation of facades profile. Main structural elements in this system are the vertical support pillars, to which mechanically fastened horizontal crossbars. Connection of racks with bolts made in different ways: butt, overlap, using the “anchors” (special projections at the end of the beam and the grooves in the profile of the rack), with milled grooves, etc. The supporting structure of such structure is located on the warm side of the inner curtain wall. Construction nodes interface to the wall, with bases and mounts facades and roofs are performed by specially designed elements that are part of the system. These sites allow you to seal adjacency to the construction sites, to compensate temperature changes of adjacent sizes construction. Angles (conjugation of two planes) in the facades using special profiles. Fractures can be either a horizontal or vertical plane. These types of facades, integrated window construction doesn’t differ from a simple fixed glazing. Today the requirement of invisibility sash within the flat facade is one of the main requirements of architects. Thus the window construction can be opened inside and to have not only turning function but also the function to ventilate and folding. The advantages of the post-and-beam glazing system are: ease of installation, durability, resistance to temperature, fire, relatively low cost of construction, the possibility of vertical and inclined facades.

SEMI-STRUCTURAL GLAZING

Semi-structural glazing is the combination of the two main types of glazing: post-and-beam system and structural glazing. With this type of glazing use horizontal and vertical profiles. On the exterior glazing applied decorative masking strips in the vertical or horizontal direction. The visual appearance of the separator performs structural seam filled with weather-resistant structural sealant. The distinguishing feature of semi-structural glazing is that the glass or glazing in it are clamped to the profile structure of the facade not using massive overlap, as in the conventional post-and-beam system, and by means of clamping plate, which almost does not stand out from the surface because it is a much thinner and esthetically than traditional press. This system is characterized by the ability to use glazing overall up to 3000*3000 mm, ease of opening integration of the valves (external and internal opening), hatches, and windows. Semi-structural facade can be done in two ways: by using a special stepped glazing (visually increases the zone of continuous glazing), using a more narrow outer cap clamps (achieved by a more rigorous and elegant look of the facade). Due to the semi-structural glazing system facade visually takes the form of a smooth glass surface integral. This type of facade creates a striking modern look of residential and public buildings, and structural features of the system provides the freedom for architectural shaping.

STRUCTURAL GLAZING

STRUCTURAL GLAZING
Structural glazing is the most advanced and amazing form of facades building, which enters the market of facade constructions for many years. Structural glazing allows architects and designers to create any kind of glass facades. Structural glazing used in modern construction, and renovation of old buildings. Installation of this system is similar to the installation of the post-and-beam system. With proper design and installation of the system can successfully resist the force of traction, pressure, shear (chipping), continuous motion, weather conditions and changes of temperature. Specially designed silicone sealants are able to protect the building from adverse conditions, weather and fire. There are two ways of fastening the glass using silicone layer: bilateral and quadrilateral. In a structural glazing system can be built top windows, that open outside, and so that the sash is closed when the difference between the opening on the front and the fixed blocks cannot be detected. Structural glazing is unrestricted access of light that achieved through extensive use of glass, emphasizes the warmth and depth of the interior decoration of the building, harmoniously combined with the space in which it is located.

SPIDER SYSTEM OF FACADE GLAZING

Spider system of facade glazing allows designers to translate into reality any plans of creation the elegant transparent structures. It is used not only in the construction of facades, awnings and canopies of different designs, but also for the design of stairs, entrances and other elements of buildings. The main difference from other glazing methods of construction is the lack of transparent structures supporting frames between panels, their fixing doing with special devices. Variety of shapes and sizes of fixing elements allows you to choose the model that matches the necessary loads and customer requirements for decoration. There are following types of spider glazing: using existing columns or crossbars as bearing elements; via cable systems, in which the ribs are made of glass; using metal wires or rod. Outside spider glazing systems represent a continuous surface with subtle seams that do not affect the perception of the architectural appearance of the building, and thanks sealant it provides a high level of thermal insulation and moisture protection.
